Description:

The purpose of this project was to upgrade airport Concourses T, C and D, as well as the AGT Stations and Tunnels. The goal was to deliver a new, fresh, and modern aesthetic similar to the International Terminal. This project includes much needed exterior and interior renovations to the existing domestic facilities that, when competed, will unify both Terminals and enhance the experience and service throughout the airport complex. Project includes new wall finishes, ceiling finishes, light boxes for new artwork, LED lighting, low VOC adhesives/materials and signage. Delivered under a CM at Risk approach, the project was delivered under a compressed schedule in a secure and fully operational airport environment. Some of the work required multiple shifts. The project team primarily consisted of Project Executive, Senior Project Manager, Safety Manager, Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent and Finishers.
