As President and CEO, Ernest is responsible for FS360′s overall operation, to include establishing its Mission, Objectives, Strategy and Operating Plan. Since the company’s inception in 2008, Ernest has led to FS360 to 170% annualized growth and into ongoing projects with many marquee client relationships, to include Delta Air Lines, Coca-Cola, Lockheed Martin, City of Atlanta, Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, Georgia State University, Georgia Institute of Technology and many others.
Ernest brings nearly 30 years of Strategic, Business Development, Operations and Finance management experience to the enterprise. He is a graduate of the University of Louisville’s College of Business and has held multiple executive positions prior to co-founding FS360. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Georgia Minority Supplier Development Council (GMSDC) and as Chairman of its Minority Business Enterprise Input Committee (MBEIC). He is also an active member of the Associated Builders & Contractors and the Gwinnett County Chamber of Commerce.
Chris is a company founder and provides financial oversight for the company. He is responsible for the managing the company’s finance and risk management functions, to include forecast the company’s growth plan, establishing operating budgets, providing timely financial reporting and analyzing the company’s ongoing operations. Chris’s experience, insight and guidance have been essential to FS 360’s growth, particularly in establishing a sustainable financial business model for the company continued growth. Since FS 360’s inception, Chris has collaborated with the company’s financial and risk partners to grow the company’s bonding and financial capacity, while implementing the necessary processes to ensure financial success for each project.
Chris is a graduate of the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler School of Business. Prior to FS 360, Chris was responsible for underwriting, establishing and monitoring financial instruments for companies seeking asset based, cash flow and structured financing transactions for growth, working capital, M&A, and/or corporate restructuring.
Ken is responsible for FS 360’s Texas operation, to include business development, estimation and project execution. His experience includes civil design, engineering, general contracting, construction management services to all sectors of the marketplace. Over his career, Ken has delivered in excess of > $500 million in project value in multiple markets across several industries. Since 2009, Ken’s contributions to FS 360 have been instrumental to the company’s growth, to include launching FS 360’s Texas office.
Ken is a Georgia Institute of Technology civil engineer graduate and is a registered Professional Engineer (PE) with the state of Georgia. His experience spans nearly three decades of experience delivering client projects and managing teams.
As Safety Director, Tim develops and provides technical and administrative direction on all safety and health policies and programs for FS360, including developing and implementing safety training programs for employees. He oversees, monitors and updates safety programs for compliance with OSHA and DOT standards, EPA regulations, CERLA, and RCRA, NFPA, and ANSI regulations, including hazard and risk assessments. He works with senior management and project teams in hiring, developing and overseeing project safety staff and regularly visits all FS 360 projects.
Tim is a registered Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST) with the Board of Certified Safety Professionals, Certified Safety Manager with the World Safety Organization, Certified Environmental Safety Compliance Officer (CESCO) with the National Registry of Environmental Professionals and a Construction Risk Insurance Specialist. His 20-plus-year career spans heavy civil, underground, complex environmental and building projects, with training also as an Nuclear Biological Chemical Warfare Specialist in the U.S. Army.
Michael has over 19 years of professional industry experience with a strong background in construction project management of large, complex projects including renovations and new construction. He has achieved great success in cost management, meeting schedule deadlines, budget control and quality assurance. Michael also has a proven track record of managing on-site field administration, technical management for construction operations including supervision of foremen, trade/subcontractors, and other construction personnel. He has excellent communication and facilitation skills aiding in his ability to develop meaningful client partnerships.
Over the course of his career, Michael has worked with the industry’s largest firms on complex projects for multiple clients. He is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and Bachelor of Science in Civil & Environmental Engineering and Construction Management, as well as a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
