As President and CEO, Ernest is responsible for FS360′s overall operation, to include establishing its Mission, Objectives, Strategy and Operating Plan. Since the company’s inception in 2008, Ernest has led to FS360 to 170% annualized growth and into ongoing projects with many marquee client relationships, to include Delta Air Lines, Coca-Cola, Lockheed Martin, City of Atlanta, Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, Georgia State University, Georgia Institute of Technology and many others.
Ernest brings nearly 30 years of Strategic, Business Development, Operations and Finance management experience to the enterprise. He is a graduate of the University of Louisville’s College of Business and has held multiple executive positions prior to co-founding FS360. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Georgia Minority Supplier Development Council (GMSDC) and as Chairman of its Minority Business Enterprise Input Committee (MBEIC). He is also an active member of the Associated Builders & Contractors and the Gwinnett County Chamber of Commerce.
Chris provides financial oversight for FS 360. Chris’s vast experience in underwriting, capital investing, construction management and finance administration are essential to every phase of FS 360’s business.
Over his 20 + year career in Civil Engineering and Construction Management, Ken has served as overseen projects totaling > $350 million, with single projects exceeding $70 million. His experience includes providing consulting, design/engineering services, general contracting and construction management services to all sectors of the marketplace.
Robert serves as Director of Commercial Interior projects. He is responsible for managing the company’s commercial interior estimation/bid processes, building construction teams and overseeing each project’s proper execution.
Robert has a considerable track record of success. Prior to joining FS 360, Robert worked for several successful construction and consulting businesses with extensive work in the Commercial Interior, Medical and Industrial construction markets. Robert attended Lagrange College and holds a BBA in Business.
Jay is responsible for managing FS360’s Atlanta Aviation Division daily construction operations, to include managing all resources, people, equipment and materials necessary to deliver the client’s projects on time and on budget. With nearly 30 years’ experience in all construction markets, Jay is uniquely qualified for this role.
Scot is an integral member of FS 360 operations team. Since joining the company in 2012, he has been responsible for delivering some of the company’s largest and most comprehensive projects. Scot oversees FS 360′s key corporate and higher education client relations, to include all Business Development, Pre-Construction/Estimation and Project Execution activities. Scot brings nearly 20 years’ experience managing complex projects that required innovative, problem-solving methodologies. In addition, Scot has worked on multiple projects at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (HJAIA), with a collective value exceeding $100 million.
Scot will work with the Skanska-FS 360 project team to direct the team’s efforts regarding the project’s Utility Coordination. In support of these tasks, Scot’s Georgia Utility Contractors license and his HJAIA experience will prove very beneficial to all stakeholders.
As a Civil Engineering graduate from the Georgia Institute of Technology, Channing has over 12 years of experience as a construction engineer and manager working on a wide variety of projects including, but not limited to aviation, corporate, education, multi-family and municipal settings.
The focal point of his professional acumen is in leading project teams in pre-construction, scheduling and value engineer complex construction projects while managing client expectations, details and project safety. Channing oversees means and of construction, safety, general conditions, pre-qualification of potential subcontractors, performance of all work, certification of work-in-place, payment requests, as well as coordination and scheduling of all work of all construction contracts and miscellaneous contracts.
Keith Brown, PMP, is a FS360 Project Manager and has extensive experience in the construction industry, having spent more than 25 years exceeding client’s expectations. Keith has worked in a variety of roles with several notable firms, to include Brown & Root (now KBR), AECOM, AMEC (now AMEC Foster Wheeler), Skanska, Johnson Controls, Delta Air Lines and Porsche Cars North America.
At FS360, Keith utilizes his experience while delivering projects for corporate clients, developers, municipalities/counties, architects and nonprofit entities. Keith assists these entities by acting as their key lead for major project initiatives, whether that be as a Project Manager, Program Manager or as an Owner’s Representative, implementing proven project management process all with a “client-first” mindset. Keith is a graduate of Howard University with a Bachelor of Architecture and the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Master of Science. He is married with four children and lives in Suwanee, GA.
As Safety Director, Tim develops and provides technical and administrative direction on all safety and health policies and programs for FS360, including developing and implementing safety training programs for employees. He oversees, monitors and updates safety programs for compliance with OSHA and DOT standards, EPA regulations, CERLA, and RCRA, NFPA, and ANSI regulations, including hazard and risk assessments. He works with senior management and project teams in hiring, developing and overseeing project safety staff and regularly visits all FS 360 projects.
Tim is a registered Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST) with the Board of Certified Safety Professionals, Certified Safety Manager with the World Safety Organization, Certified Environmental Safety Compliance Officer (CESCO) with the National Registry of Environmental Professionals and a Construction Risk Insurance Specialist. His 20-plus-year career spans heavy civil, underground, complex environmental and building projects, with training also as an Nuclear Biological Chemical Warfare Specialist in the U.S. Army.
