SCOPE:

Construction of a 1,500 sf multi-family leasing office, to include high-end finishes, associated landscapes, pavilions and outdoor community areas.    This ground up construction project was built in an active multi-family apartment setting and required significant planning and logistics support.

DESCRIPTION:

The project team primarily consisted of Senior Project Manager, Safety Manager and Superintendent.

  • Number of Subcontractors/Subconsultants Managed: 16+
  • Primary Subcontractors/Subconsultants work included civil (site development, concrete, masonry), framing, drywall, Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing, interior finishes.

CHALLENGES:

  • Constricted Worksite.  The project was built on a very tight worksite, an active environment with residents around the work on a daily basis.
  • Inclement Weather.  A prolonged rainy season made completing the site development work difficult.
