The renovation of Roosevelt Hall is an 18,000 SF project including interior building renovations and land development. The existing structure has a 546 SF building addition. Water quality improvements included removal of outdated retention structure, installation of underground retention pipes and replacement of existing drainage pipe. Land development included the construction of walkways, landscaping and parking lot installation. The project required multiple shifts for various portions of work. The project team consisted of the Project Principal, Senior Project Manager, Safety Manager, Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent and Finishers.
