The Chase Bank Mars Hill project was a design-did-build project for a new bank branch facility. The work first required demolition of an existing building and the associated utility infrastructure. The interior trades were “high end” with requirements to match corporate standards for design and quality. The project entailed demolishing an existing retail building, clearing the site, establishing all utility connections, concrete and asphalt placement, as well as new building construction.
