7,468 sf HJAIA food court renovation requiring demolition of finish floor surfaces, column cladding and millwork and office space. New electrical services and low voltage work required, as well as new flooring, wall finishes, millwork and office renovation. The project entailed the demolition and replacement of all flooring and substantially all wall covers and lighting, all in an active, operating airport concourse. Coordination with multiple concessionaires was required to ensure no negative impact to their operations or customer’s experience.
