The D1 Training Project in Buford was an interior renovation project. Work included the demoing of walls, rework of existing HVAC and electrical systems, new walls, ceiling grid and millwork. The project required multiple shifts for various portions of work. The project team consisted of the Project Principal, Senior Project Manager, Safety Manager, Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent and Finishers.
