FS 360 was engaged to perform upgrades to all of the finishes in the entire building, including renovating the five restrooms, including the removal and replacement of all Flight Reservation positions. The work entailed new Furniture, Millwork, a new Mother’s Room, new lighting fixtures, new carpeting and painting of all walls. There was also the addition of new partitions that included slight modifications to Fire Sprinklers and HVAC. The unique nature of the building, occupied 24 hours/day and 7 days/per week made construction of the facility time consuming with heavy Owner coordination. The project team primarily consists of a Project Executive, Senior Project Manager and a Superintendent.
