FS 360 was engaged to perform upgrades to the entire club, including renovating the restrooms, adding food and beverage bars, a new entrance, a new cyber bar and the replacement of all finishes including carpet, wall coverings and ceilings. All work was performed under a compressed schedule. Phase I was performed prior to the relocation back to the club from the satellite location. Phase 2 was performed over the 2016 winter holiday break with additional scope being added during the Spring of 2017. Phase 3 was completed between Fall 2018 and Winter 2019. Phase 4 was recently completed and included the complete removal and replacement of mechanical systems.
