Design-Bid-Build
Delta Air Lines wanted a new and energizing environment for its legal department. FS360 was engaged to demolish and re-build the new ~30,000 sf space, to include new restrooms, breakroom, new partitions, glass walls, interior doors, hardware, flooring, mechanical/electrical/plumbing upgrades, lighting, power, telecom/data, fire alarm systems, ACT ceilings (suspended), finishes, millwork/casework throughout the construction scope.
Tenant Improvement project of ~ 30,000 sf under a compressed schedule in a secure operating environment. Some of the work required multiple shifts . The project team primarily consists of Project Executive, Senior Project Manager, Safety Manager, Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent and Finishers.
