Design-Bid-Build
The project was a 4,000 square foot renovation project, to include a complete renovation of the front and back of house systems. All the existing fixtures, millworks, flooring and ceilings were removed. FS360 was responsible for the complete build back of this Food & Beverage concession location, in addition to managing the Department of Aviation’s security, safety and work requirements.
This airport concessions project was a complete demolition of the previous restaurant and buildout of the new Food & Beverage (F&B) concept. The project entailed substantial Mechanical and Electrical upgrades, as well as a the installation of a waterproof flooring membrane. FS360 coordinated with the Department of Aviation to ensure that all sensitive airport equipment on the ramp level was protected.

Work Performed by Subcontractors/Subconsultants: Mechanical, Electrical and Fire Alarm integration, as well as the necessary general trades construction required for the overall completion of the project.
