Design-Bid-Build
Demolition and interior renovation of existing medical office space, as well as significant exterior upgrades to building, landscape and civil components. Scope included interior demolition, renovated reception, office and examination rooms, to include new millwork, finishes, flooring, lighting and restrooms.
Complete healthcare clinic to include exterior building and site development improvements. The project team primarily consists of Project Executive, Project Manager, Safety Manager and Superintendent. Managed Demolition, Framing/Drywall Installation, MEP, Fire Protection upgrades, Glass, interior finishes, painting, lighting, flooring subcontractors.
