Healthcare clinic and pharmacy renovation project of ~ 20,000 sf under a compressed schedule in a secure operating environment. Some of the work required multiple shifts. Significant demolition and interior renovation of existing medical office space and pharmacy. Scope included interior demolition, renovated reception, office and examination rooms, to include new millwork and finishes. Featured areas of project included consult room with high end finishes including sliding barn door. Work was completed in a compressed schedule adjacent to an operating clinic area.
