The Concourse T-North Extension will construct five additional Airplane Design Group (ADG) Ill capable gates. The displaced facilities to be Included in the enabling phase are relocation of the Domestic Terminal north parking deck exit toll plaza, the parking manager’s office, a major portion of the Terminal North exit road and utilities, the Georgia Power main power feed and transformers, the Delta Ground Support Equipment (GSE) facility and Fire Station #32. The Concourse Extension Phase includes the addition of a new extension to the existing concourse building and all support systems to support the five additional gates. This will include demolition of existing structures, related environmental scope, expansion to the existing mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems along with other required building and aircraft support systems.
