RICE Chase Lounge is an interior build out of 1947 SF of conditioned space within the basement of the Russell Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship. The build outs included enclosing a conference room and the demolition of a wall to add a small self-serve cafe area.

The project required multiple shifts for various portions of work. The project team consisted of the Project Principal, Senior Project Manager, Safety Manager, Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent and Finishers.
