The project’s objective was to build a new store location in accordance with Starbucks construction processes, requirement and schedule. The work entailed complete buildout of new shell space including hardware, flooring, mechanical/electrical/plumbing, lighting, power, telecom/data, fire alarm systems, finishes and millwork/casework. The project was built under a compressed schedule.
