The project’s objective was to build a new store location in accordance with Starbucks construction processes, requirements and schedule. The work entailed new hardware, flooring, mechanical/electrical/plumbing upgrades, lighting, power, telecom/data, fire alarm systems, finishes and millwork/casework throughout the construction scope.
