Can you share a memorable experience or achievement during your time here?
Alignment with subcontractors to execute the different phases of the project. The contractors were willing to learn and improve on their work methods for more efficiency.
For example, I ensured that they had proper Pre-Task Planning meeting before starting the day's task. They outlined their task and identified the hazards associated with the tasks and provided mitigation for every perceived hazard. They were not very used to strictly adhering with this execution pattern but as the project progressed, they were aligned and were thankful for the effort to execute the work with proper planning and required safety measures.
When we commenced the next phase of the project, the contractors were fully aligned with FS 360's expectations in terms of standard of workmanship (quality) & safety. They took ownership of the work as it relates to planning, execution, quality, safety and reporting. There was no recordable incident. Their adherence to safety and delivery of their scope of improved tremendously. The client was satisfied with the standard of workmanship.

After obtaining a degree in Production Engineering, I really wanted to practice all I had learned in school. I also liked being innovative and had a mindset for designing and execution of construction related works.
