Tell us about your background?

I graduated from Georgia State University in 2019 with a Bachelor's Degree in Special Education, still uncertain about my career path. During the pandemic, while living in Colorado, I worked closely with the FS 360's CFO, Chris Butler. In 2022, I returned to Georgia, and was able to connect with FS 360's CEO, Ernest Ellis, and the rest is history!

How long have you been working with FS 360 and what motivated you to join the team?

I have worked with FS 360 since 2022. Ernest's passion about the company and his encouragement in helping me find my footing within the company ultimately lead my decision to be with FS 360.

Can you share a memorable experience or achievement during your time here?

My favorite achievement thus far with FS 360 is moving from an Administrative Assistant into the Marketing Coordinating role. I've loved this change and have thoroughly enjoyed learning marketing within the construction industry!

What are you most looking forward to in your career with our company?

I'm looking forward to continuously learning and growing. As the first marketing employee ever within the company, I am excited to see how we can grow our brand and allow others to see the greatness of FS 360!

What advice do you have for someone looking to start a career in construction?

I never imagined I’d find myself in the construction industry, but the journey has been incredible! Watching a project come to life from proposal to close out has been truly rewarding, and I couldn’t be prouder of our team and the dedication they’ve shown. My advice would be to discover the role within the industry that resonates with you and pursue it wholeheartedly!
