My role at FS 360 is a Project Coordinator in the Atlanta office. What excites me the most is being able to be the backbone and support to my team. Bringing value to my position and me, as an employee.
Can you share a little about your professional background?
My professional background is extensive with climbing the ladder no matter where I am. I have always been determined to show my work ethic and consistently building my skill set. I started in construction 4 years ago and have planted my feet right where I want them. I’ve gone from receptionist to a well versed project coordinator. I will always take initiative to advance myself.
What inspired you to join FS 360?
The short and simple answer is diversity. Diversity comes with inclusion, acceptance, and support. Which FS 360 has done an excellent job executing. FS 360's CEO, Ernest Ellis, mentioned he believes more minority and women should be in the industry - I was sold on FS 360 right then and there.

Currently I am working on the Delta BHS project and the Tunnel to Towers Veterans Village project.
What is one thing you are looking forward to learning or achieving in your role as Project Coordinator?
I want to achieve developing a project coordinating department that fully supports our team and create a smooth streamline process to help with efficiency. Ultimately I’m excited to really grow with FS 360.
